OUR LEADERSHIP
Pastor
Rev. Wesley Owens
Wesley is originally from Richmond, Virginia. Before moving to State College, he was an assisting priest at St. Peter’s Cathedral in Tallahassee, FL and served on staff at multiple churches in the Washington, D.C. metroplex. His love for campus ministry began as a student leader at UVA and deepened abroad, as he served alongside campus missionaries in East Asia and led graduate student Bible studies in Oxford, UK.
Wesley holds a B.A. in Religious Studies and Philosophy from the University of Virginia and a Master of Theology (MTh) from the University of Oxford.

Director of Student Outreach
Anastasia (Ana) Owens
Ana grew up in southeastern Massachusetts but spent nearly a decade of her life after that in North Carolina, attending college in WNC and then working at her previous Anglican church in various administrative and pastoral care roles. She especially loved being a resident assistant in college--getting to build community, lead Bible studies, pray for, and have a whole bunch of fun with students. She's grateful to serve the students of Incarnation and Penn State (alongside her husband Wesley!) and longs for them to know Jesus and be transformed by his love.
Ana holds a B.A. in Bible & Theology and English and is currently pursuing a Master of Christian Ministry degree through Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. She is also currently in the process of being ordained as a deacon.

Incarnation Church is partnered with the CCO (Coalition for Christian Outreach), through whom Ana serves as campus ministry staff in this position.
